Projecting himself as one of the top DJ acts in Brazil since 2000, BRUNO V was one of the most accomplished artists in the Brazilian electronic Music scene from 2002 to 2013, before moving to Miami to pursue a career in Finance. For the past year he has focused on his new venture, but since Last october has returned to the Dance Floors, having played in Prestigious Clubs like Pink Elephant in Brazil, and opening up for David Guetta in his 2014 Brazilian tour, with audiences bigger than 20 .000 attendees.
It’s difficult to put in words Bruno’s career, not only because of the time spam, but also because of the diversity of his sucess, as a DJ, producer, promoter, and investor . But His appearances in internacional festivals like CREAMFIELDS Brazil 2005/2009 , the World's most prestigious dance festival, SKOL BEATS , Latin America..s biggest dance music festival, in 2002 and returning in 2005, and being chosen by David Guetta himself to open his shows in Brazil both in 2012 and 2014 are considered highlights of his career. Dj, multi instrumentalist, producer, Bruno V started spinning yet in his teen years: at age 13, evolved by electronic Grooves, he exchanged a trip given by his parents for an old par of Pickups and a Mixer, where he performed his first steps in The Djing ART! At age 16, he was already spinning his first gigs in matinees on night clubs and Private parties.. In 92, Bruno V went to live in USA, and, disappointed about the directions of the e-music scenario at the time, decided to give up Dj life to focus on his other music related passion : The Guitars. Musician by nature, he always had on the grooves and melodies an never ending source of pleasure and inspiration. But in 95, when living in the UK, he was once again evolved by the e-Music movement and the Rave Culture that was wide spreading on the Underground scene and later took the world on assault!!
Back on the Turntables, his music style hás been defined on sounds that combine catchy grooves with euphoric melodies, having as a solid background of his work cutting edge dance music and all its derivates. His sets are filled with moments where euphoria and positive vibrations fulfill the ambient. Vinyl Record Collector, his discoteche todays has more than 4000 e-music titles on vinyl. From 2001 to 2012 , Bruno V has held residency in Almost all top club, where he regularly performs along with country’s and World's top Djs. Bruno V is a member of the exclusive casting of Plus Talent, former 3 PLUS Management, former HYPNO DJS Management (Latin America Biggest Dj Agency) www.3plus.art.br, company that managed names like Gui Boratto, Mario Fischetti and others.... In recent years, he has performed in most of the best clubs in the country, like SIRENA ,WARUNG, NOX , PINK ELEPHANt , among many others. In 2004, the Dj gave his first consistent steps in his international career, doing 2 mini-tours in USA, performing 10 gigs in some New York City’s top clubs, like PINK ELEPHANT, QUO , NOCTURN, PM, XL , MARQUEE among others… In 2014, returning from a year absence , and after his comeback following David Guetta’s tour, he is scheduled to return to USA's dance floors ..
Bruno Also developed a huge work in exploring new boundaries in the Dance Music scene and bringing it to the dance music fans. He was the Artistic Executive Producer or RECIFE BEATS the biggest e-music festival in Northeastern Brazil. He is also the founder and owner of one of the country biggest party brand, MACNISH VIBES (www.macnishvibes.com.br) a project that connects his hometown Recife with all top Djs in the country and some from Abroad. Macnish Vibes has already done 30+ events and its huge success is always spread in the top spaces in the media across the country, mainly in Northeastern Coast.
He also produced Some of David Guettas 2012 and 2014 tour in Brazil.
As a producer He released his first solo album ELETRONICIDADES in the beginning of 2008 with very solid reviews and support from names like Gabriel and Dresden, Taucher, Sultan, Sandra Collins , Flash Brothers and many many others... His second album ELETRONICIDADES 2 was released in 2009 with immense sucess , in a legendary charity party . Only in this party Bruno Donated USD 100.000 cash for programs that helps poor children to develop musical and artistic abilities..
In 2012, he released ELETRONICIDADES 3, his last production, covering Unfinished Tracks, B-Sides and Remixes, in a limited number, as a gift to all his friends, fans, promoters, Dj's, radio Dj's , to mark his retirement from Brazil s club scene....
After one year absent from the Dance Scene, Bruno returns to the scene producing Tracks Like "Love Song", " Circus " and "Addiction" , and performing live . He is expected to release a forth full album late 2014.
